Q: Will this recorder copy “Copy Protected” recordings?
A: No. It will copy your personal VHS collection to DVD, but it will not allow you to transfer copy protected VHS Videos to DVD.

Q: Can you record to RAM Disk?
A: No, you cannot. You can only record to read-only disks – read-only disks are by far the most commonly type of recordable disk used.
